SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Northbound Pet Co. currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing. During peak periods, weather events, or carrier delays, delivery may take longer. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show movement while your package enters the carrier network.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at williamsaus003@gmail.com as soon as possible — we can only correct an address before the order ships.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund (see our Refund Policy).
